Compassionate Care Assistant – Dementia & Residential

Job Description

HC-One Ltd. in Stirling is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate, person-centred care across our dementia, nursing and residential services.

You will support residents with personal care, meals, mobility and daily activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. From helping residents maintain dignity to responding to distress with empathy, you will play a key role in creating a warm, respectful home.
