Community Rehab Support Worker: Home Visits & Flex Hours

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Rehab Support Worker to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in the Kirkcaldy locality. The post involves delivering therapeutic rehab to adults in out-patient or home settings, working closely with OT, PT and Nursing colleagues to prevent hospital admissions and aid early discharge.

You should have SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care, with prior support work and older people experience being desirable.
