Community Rehab Support Worker – Flexible 7-day Shifts

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an experienced Registered Social Worker to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in the Levenmouth locality. You will deliver therapeutic programmes with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and District Nursing to adults in hospital, clinic, and home settings.

The role requires an SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Experience as a support worker and working with older people are desirable, with travel across the local area essential.
