Community Rehab Coordinator – Discharge & Care

Job Description

NHS Fife is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join the Community Rehabilitation Team at Glenrothes Hospital. You will support patient flow, coordinate rota patterns, and liaise with hospitals to plan early discharges, enabling older adults to remain independent at home.

The role requires strong administrative and communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Experience in NHS or busy office environments is preferred, with an HNC or equivalent admin background.
