  • Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Reception duties
  • Booking in vehicles for repair and maintenance
  • Raising job cards, invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate service and compliance records
  • Supporting Workshop Managers with administrative tasks
  • Managing filing systems
  • Inputting supplier invoices into accounts package
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front of house service to clients, visitors and staff
  • Manage visitor processes, including sign in, access control and enquiries
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries efficiently
  • Support meeting room coordination and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Carry out ad hoc cleaning tasks to maintain excellent workplace standards
  • Work collaboratively with other service teams (e.g. maintenance, catering, security, post room)
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks, reporting and service related activities
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and service providers to ensure high service delivery

As an Accounts Assistant you will support the finance department by performing day to day accounting and administrative tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and assisting with financial reporting to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s accounting functions.

As our Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring we continue to deliver continuity and relationship led care that we are renowned for.

  • Support young people to move from participants to leaders, helping them shape campaigns, create content and influence change in their communities
  • Lead a 2 person team carrying out repairs on the Waste Water network
  • Carry out technical activities on a variety of workstreams involving repairing and maintaining sewers
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform extensive physical activity required by the role

Location
