Community Nurse (Band 5) – Island Care & On-Call

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland in Shetland is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our busy team. The role is substantive, with full or part-time hours available and relocation support up to £8,000. Distant Islands Allowance of £2,578 pro rata is included.

You will deliver comprehensive community care to patients, families and carers, participate in on-call rotas, and develop your clinical skills while supported by District Nurse Specialists in a collaborative Health and Social Care setting.
