Community Mental Health Nurse – Older Adults (MDT Impact)

Job Description

NHS Highland is seeking two Community Mental Health Nurses with Older Adult Mental Health experience for Wick. The roles involve assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation with adults over 65 or memory concerns, in partnership with clients, families and carers.

The posts require travel to Caithness with a full driving licence; pool car may be available. The team is based at Town & County Hospital, Wick; informally contact Marie Cuthbert for queries.
