Community Living Assistant – Flexible Shifts & Impact

Job Description

Capability Scotland is recruiting a Community Living Assistant to support adults with disabilities to live independently in their own homes and communities across North Lanarkshire. Visits are typically a minimum of four hours, with full training provided and SVQ qualification funded.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this community-based role, along with flexible working including evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
