Community Dementia Nurse – Western Isles

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a Community Dementia Nurse to join the Mental Health Team in Lewis and Harris on a permanent basis. Band 5 salary range £34,544 to £43,039 per annum, with £1,461 Distant Islands Allowance and a 36-hour week.

You will bring post-registration dementia care experience and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic Dementia Services in the Western Isles, with commitments to professional development and service redesign.
