Community Benefits Advisor – Face-to-Face Support

Job Description

Social Security Scotland in Scotland is seeking a Client Support Advisor to deliver face-to-face support to clients across West Lothian and neighbouring areas, with occasional coverage of Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian and the Scottish Borders.

You will build rapport, explain benefits, and help people access them through tailored one-to-one support, treating everyone with dignity, fairness and respect as an ambassador for Social Security Scotland.
