Committee Officer – Policy & Governance (Fixed Term)

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Committee Officer on a fixed-term basis until 13 September 2027 to support committees, boards and working groups at City Chambers.

You will summarise complex information, provide impartial advice to members and officers, and help develop policy alongside colleagues. Flexible working arrangements available; attendance at meetings across Edinburgh is required.

This role requires strong organisation and communication skills and basic disclosure clearance.
