Project Engineer for Commissioning Certain Advantage is hiring for a Project Engineer based in West Kilbride. This role is on a contract basis and is office based.
The Company
We’re working with a UK nuclear company responsible for safely decommissioning and restoring former nuclear power and research sites across the UK.
The Role
This role is for a Project Engineer-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results orientated and driven to succeed.
- Physical testing on the plant
- Production of maintenance and Plant Operating instructions
- Requirement to raise faults and resolutions and fault observations
- Production of site documentation
- Risk assessments
- Design change process and implementation
The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Commissioning background with exposure to testing
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, C & I or Civil) in an industrial plant.
- Nuclear and/or conventional project engineering
- Working knowledge of CDM Design
- Contract Management
- Project delivery
