Sodexo Group in Fort Augustus, Scotland is seeking a Commis Chef to support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals in line with company recipes. This remote Highland location offers a unique living and working experience with robust rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
You will assist with preparation, maintain hygiene, manage stock, and help senior staff. Qualifications include City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 and a Food Hygiene Certificate; minimum 1 year catering experience.
