Responsibilities in your new role as Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and assisting with cooking food to our high client standards.
- Diligently washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for service.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Supporting senior chefs during food preparation and service.
- Correctly storing and rotating stock to minimise waste.
- Adhering to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a dedicated kitchen team.
