The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Commis Chef for Canopy Kitchen & Courtyard, located at the Edinburgh Future’s Institute. The role involves assisting in food preparation and service for the restaurant, café, and delivered hospitality, with a focus on seasonal Scottish ingredients and fresh daily production.

You will work under the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, supporting sous chefs to deliver high-quality brunch and dinner dishes while adhering to brand standards.
