Job Description

Alfa HolidayGroup in Melrose is inviting applications for a Commis Chef to join the team at Waverely Castle. You will work 38 hours per week, including weekends and split shifts, at an hourly rate of £14.67, regardless of age.

The role involves assisting with all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation, driving cleanliness standards, stock rotation and close collaboration with Head and Second Chefs. Employee-owned benefits support training and career progression.
