Commercial Property Solicitor – Public Sector Focus (1-3 PQE)
Location:Edinburgh/Hybrid
A leading UK law firm is seeking aSolicitor or Senior Solicitor(1-3 years PQE) to join its top-rankedReal Estate practice, with a focus onpublic sector clients. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative team that handles some of the most high-profile property projects in Scotland.
The Role
You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment, advising a diverse portfolio of public sector clients and contributing to estate management, leasing, and conveyancing services. The role also involves cross-team collaboration and participation in business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising public sector clients on commercial property matters
- Drafting and negotiating contractual documents for development sites
- Reviewing and reporting on titles with a commercial lens
- Building strong relationships with clients and agents
- Engaging in business development and cross-selling activities
- Supporting wider real estate projects across the firm
About You
- 1-3 years PQE in commercial property or real estate
- Strong interest in the property sector and public sector work
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
