Commercial Legal Counsel – Infrastructure & Projects

Job Description

Jacobs is seeking a commercially focused Legal Counsel to join our European team. You will provide practical legal advice from bid strategy through project delivery, working with Sales, Operations, Risk, Tax and Leadership to manage risk across major infrastructure and energy projects.

Qualified Solicitors in Scotland or England & Wales with PQE are encouraged to apply. The role supports hybrid working arrangements and involves negotiating NDAs, JV agreements, teaming and alliance contracts.
