Commercial Asset Manager

Job Description

We are currently working with a public sector client in Scotland who are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to lead a small team and support a high quality Estates Management service for an initial 6 month contract, possibly 12 for the right candidate. This role can be performed on a part-time or full-time basis with hybrid working options available.

Requirements:

• Manage the Commercial Asset Management Team
• Provide a comprehensive Estates management service for the Council’s non domestic land and buildings portfolio.
• Support the development of the Council’s Corporate Property Asset Management Strategy and associated plans.
• Provide appropriate information and advice to the Council, its partners and external clients on property related matters.

Qualifications:

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
