Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated and experienced nurse to join our colorectal and stoma service as a Primary and Secondary Care Colorectal/Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialist. The post bridges hospital and community care, delivering expert patient-centred support.

You will lead proactive patient reviews, support medicines optimisation, provide education and self-management guidance, and contribute to service development and governance initiatives. Travel across Tayside may be required.
