Job Description

Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a CNC Operator to their team on a permanent basis. You’ll be based in South Aberdeen.

Hourly Rate: 15 – 23

Shift Pattern:

  • Days 6am – 2.15pm
  • Backshift 2pm – 10.15pm
  • Nights 10pm – 6.15am

Daily Duties –

  • Set up and operate 4/5 axis milling machine and vertical turning lathes
  • Machine products made from composite materials to tight tolerances
  • Undertake minor editing of CNC programs
  • Reading and interpreting drawings
  • Adhere to all quality and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements –

  • Time-served or minimum 4 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Experience of Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls
  • Driving Licence
