Job Description

Driver Hire Aberdeen is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CNC Miller to join a busy and expanding machine shop for this temp to perm role.

Working with a range of materials including super alloys, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, program and operate CNC milling machines
• Manufacture components from technical drawings
• Inspect finished components and complete dimensional reports
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ CNC machining experience
• Experience setting and operating CNC mills
• Knowledge of Hurco (Winmax) controls
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Experience operating 3+2 and 5-axis machines
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• £18.00 – £22.00 per hour depending on experience
