Actio Recruitment are assisting a well-established precision engineering client based in Coatbridge with their search for an experienced Mazak CNC Operator / Setter Operator to join its skilled machining team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company known for delivering high-quality components to a diverse range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set, operate, and monitor Mazak CNC mills / lathes
- Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Conduct in-process inspection using appropriate measuring equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating Mazak CNC lathes or mills / lathes in a precision engineering setting
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to shift patterns and workload
Shift Options:
- Day Shift or Night Shift available
- Choose between a 4-day or 5-day working week
- Standard working hours: 39 hours per week
