The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. As a Clubroom F&B Manager, you will manage a team within our indoor and outdoor operation, including managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team within indoor and outdoor operations, including events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service to our members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a thriving and inclusive club culture.
Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
- A strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
