Clinical Pharmacist – Patient-Centric Specialist Care

NHS Lanarkshire is recruiting a specialist clinical pharmacist to provide patient-centred services and support medicines governance across designated groups. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective pharmaceutical care and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Applicants should hold a Masters of Pharmacy, be GPhC registered, and have or be working towards independent prescribing, with postgraduate clinical pharmacy training and post-registration experience.
