About You
In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will manage the level of clinical care we offer, ensure it goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements, provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise and coach colleagues to provide an unparalleled service that is empathetic to resident issues.
You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with your Colleagues, along with providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours.
You will advocate and deliver a person centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you must be able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
