Priority Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the role of Clinical Lead. You will work closely with the Home Manager to uphold high clinical standards, lead shifts, deliver direct nursing care, and support safe decision-making in a person-centred service.

You will drive medication management, clinical audits, and quality improvement while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with NMC, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
