NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Charge Nurse to work in the older adult inpatient service, Muirview ward, Stratheden Hospital. The role offers leadership at ward level and autonomy as clinical lead.

You will contribute to staff development, audits, and moving care forward for patients with functional and cognitive decline, including discharge planning and collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
