Position Information
Visa sponsorship: this post is not eligible for the Skilled Worker visa or Health and Care Worker visa routes.
Responsibilities
You will join a team of clinical engineer technologists based at the Royal Hospital for Children, supporting the management of equipment within the Medical Device Library. You will maintain and test low risk, non complex medical equipment, commission, calibrate, performance assure and repair equipment, and manage the ordering and organisation of parts.
Requirements
- Educated to SCQF Level 6
- Knowledge of medical equipment or general engineering principles
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Excellent manual dexterity
- A willingness to learn
