Position: Client Arrears Specialist
Location: Edinburgh South Gyle
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,300 rising to £27,850
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting a high volume of outbound calls
  • Engaging with clients to pursue outstanding payments
  • Negotiating and arranging payment plans to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records by regularly updating them
  • Handling payment transactions over the phone and managing invoices
