Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Womenswear Shoes Department in Edinburgh, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end womenswear footwear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About the role
As the new Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5 experience.
- Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of Womenswear fashion.
- Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of trends in Womenswear, tailoring, and emerging designers.
- Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories.
- Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
- This position is part time, working 15 hours per week.
