Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description
Location & Shift: Prestwick Full-time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

We’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will lead cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellent service standards are delivered in line with SLAs while maintaining high levels of compliance and efficiency.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning activities to a consistently high standard
- Provide technical guidance and training, ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to
- Monitor cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and distribute uniforms as required
- Resolve issues professionally, escalating to the line manager where necessary

- Proven experience in a cleaning role with supervisory responsibility
- Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Ability to effectively follow schedules and lead a team to meet service standards
