About The Role
The days and hours: This is a zero hours cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.
Hourly Rate: £12.71
Location: Westhill, Aberdeenshire, AB32 6SY (and other sites in the same area)
Note: Due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will require a full UK Driving Licence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and management.

- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
