Job Description
Avenue are currently seeking a Clear and Waste Water Team Leader to lead a two-person team within a busy construction company. The company headquarters are in Livingston but you could be located across the east or west of Scotland as they have projects in many locations.
The Role
- You will take on a hands-on leadership role in the delivery of both planned and reactive repairs , ensuring the smooth operation of clear water and waste water networks.
- Working closely with the team to carry out essential maintenance, including minor civil works where required.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide on-site leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members.
The Candidate
- Excellent proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
- Previous Waste Water and Clear water experience is essential
- A solid understanding of waste water network repairs, including maintenance and minor civil works.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- DOMS & Water Hygiene
- NRSWA Qualifications
- UK Driving License
