Job Description

Axfar Recruitment are looking for Class 2 drivers for various Clients around the Lanarkshire and Greater Glasgow Area.
Majority of the work will be Multi-drop work around the Local area.
Both Cage and Palletised delivery work will be Available.

Responsibilities

  • Operate lorries safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete necessary paperwork for each delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on the road and at delivery sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional during interactions with clients.

start times available – 0600 to 0800
