Join Our Team as a Class 1 HGV Night Trunk Driver
Bullet Express is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about driving and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you! This is a full time holiday cover position , Monday to Friday , so location and double / single man will vary from week to week.
Trunk locations and start times below for info :
- Double Man (5pm or 6pm start) – Hinckley
- Single Man (5.30pm or 6.30pm start) – Rochdale
- Single Man (6pm start) – Bradford
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete and submit all work-related paperwork at the end of each shift.
- Using handheld / PDA to accurately record data
- Perform thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift.
- Report any non-conformities or near misses to your line manager promptly.
What We’re Looking For: Experience & Personal Qualities:
- Proven experience driving Heavy Goods Vehicles.
- Pride in maintaining and respecting the provided equipment.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
Licence/Certification:
- Appropriate Driving License – Class 1 (Required)
- Driver CPC (Required)
- Comprehensive knowledge of driver regulations (Required)
