Job Description

CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER

Were recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established steel distributor, for a Class 1 HGV Driver based out of their BOD depot. Most shifts you will be driving Class 2, however, you MUST hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.

Were recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established steel distributor, for a Class 1 HGV Driver based out of their BOD depot.

  • Immediate start
  • 3- mths initially
  • Possible Temp-Perm opportunity for the right candidate.

THE ROLE

  • Majority of work is driving a Class 2 flatbed
  • Competent in securing and transporting steel, safely

SHIFT PATTERN -Mon Thu: 7am 4:30pm Fri: 7am 4pm – 9-hour day – OT after 8 hours
PAY RATES -£17 ph basic £22.10 ph OT
REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
  • Similar previous experience would be advantageous
  • Reliable and professional attitude
