Job Description
Class 1 Drivers Bellshill – up to 20ph
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for our client in Bellshill. They are a leading company within the distribution network and have a large fleet of 30+ lorries and are one of the UK’s biggest retail brands supplying nationally all over the country.
Class 1 Drivers are paid the following:
- 17ph for week days between (Apply online only) Monday to Saturday
- 20ph for night shifts between (Apply online only) Monday to Saturday
- 50 per shift BONUS for working Saturdays
- Guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- ONGOING work with a well-known company with outstanding reputation
This is a cross over client so the rate does change between these times
NO Limited Company Contractors
Candidates of Pure Staff DO NOT pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
DAY Drivers – the job will entail up to 12-hour shifts, 3 to 4 drops per shift delivering to stores.
Usual start time will be between 02:00 and 05:00.
Shift pattern:
– Monday to Tuesday / Friday to Saturday

Our client is looking for a candidate that can not only drive a HGV Class 1 vehicle successfully but that can communicate well with the transport team to ensure that all deliveries / collections are completed this includes a stop call wait procedure to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.
To register for work you will need the following:
- HGV Class 1 Drivers licence
- CPC Card
- Digital tachograph card
- Clean Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT MS DR DD codes)
- 6 months experience is required due to insurance
