Connect Appointments is recruiting a Class 1 Driver for ongoing temporary work with our Linwood-based logistics client, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Our client is an established logistics business operating across the Central Belt, offering a variety of general haulage work with no manual handling required.
What’s on offer?
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday, 5am to 7am starts
- Paid at 16.65 to 21.45 per hour
- Training provided

As a Class 1 Driver, your work will include:
- General haulage work across the Central Belt
- No manual handling required
- Completing all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
- Adhering to driving hours regulations and road safety requirements at all times
The successful Class 1 Driver will have:
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of one year’s experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Cards
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No DR, DD, CV, IN10 or TT endorsements
