Salary: 33,000- 38,000 (depending on experience)

The Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive Claims Handler to manage personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents. You’ll be the go-to professional for clients, insurers, and colleagues, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, accurately, and with empathy. What You’ll Do:

Handle personal injury claims from start to finish, with a focus on road traffic accidents.

Liaise directly with clients, insurers, and other professionals to keep cases moving smoothly.

Organise and manage multiple claims, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.

Collaborate with your team to provide exceptional client service every step of the way.
