Job Title: Civils Supervisor – Groundworks & Civil Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Civils Supervisor with strong groundworks and civil engineering experience. You will lead site teams, manage daily operations, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise groundworks and civils crews on-site
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
- Ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance
- Act as main on-site contact for management and subcontractors
- Read and work from technical drawings and method statements
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundworks and civil site supervision
- Valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS
- Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
- Full UK driving licence
