Boyd Recruitment are recruiting for an Associate Director / Contracts Manager for a civil engineering division in central Scotland. You will lead a management team of around 5 and a labour workforce of about 50, driving profitability through CVR, budget control and client negotiations.

You will develop new business, attend tenders and networking events, and oversee multi-site operations while aligning with the company’s growth and efficiency targets.
