Job Description
HRS Healthcare are recruiting fora Children’s Registered Managerfor a 5 bed children’s home in Kirkintilloch.
About the Registered Manager’s role
- Developcomprehensive care plans
- Create a great teamenvironment
- Maintain highstandards
- Deal with theoperational and commercial aspects of the home
- Ensure highstandards of care are provided at all times
Requirements About You
- SVQ 4/SQF Level 9 Children and Young People and HNC/Academic equivalent qualification that meets SSSC requirements.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience at Assistant Manager level or a minimum of 4 yrs experience including a supervisory role/professional role and related experience
- Working Knowledge of legislation in relation to child care including National Care Standards, Children (Scotland) Act 1995, GIRFEC
- Full UK Driving Licence and the right towork in the UK
