Eden Scott is seeking a Head of OD, Transformation and Training in Glasgow, with a salary of £86,308 – £90,506. This senior leadership role focuses on driving organisational excellence and transformational change to align with City Building’s vision and values.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in HR/Organisational Development with a proven track record in a large complex environment, especially in construction or public sector.
