Job Description

Caterplus is seeking a Chef Manager to lead on-site kitchen operations for Elior UK, supervising and developing the team to deliver high-quality service. The role includes recruitment, induction and coaching of staff, ensuring consistent performance and guest satisfaction.

You will partner with the client and internal teams to drive standards, manage budgets, and uphold operational excellence across the site. 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours per week.
