Chef de Partie – Remote Highland Kitchen, 3/3 Rotation

Job Description

Sodexo Energy & Resources is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a remote Highlands village setting near Fort Augustus. You will lead a kitchen section, ensure high-quality dish preparation, and uphold strict safety and hygiene standards in a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation.

Expect a DBS check arranged by the company; a competitive hourly rate (£15.77 with travel allowance) and full on-site meals and accommodation during rotations are provided.
