Chef de Partie – Remote Highland Kitchen, 3/3 Rotation

Job Description

Sodexo Energy & Resources is recruiting a Chef de Partie for our remote Fort Augustus village kitchen in the Scottish Highlands. You will manage a dedicated section, deliver high quality dishes and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards during your 3 week on, 3 week off rotation.

You will work with residents to create welcoming dining experiences, support promotions, and contribute to continuous improvement while representing Sodexo’s Remote Living proposition.
