Location: Leven

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (£18.49 per hour including holiday pay)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Job Type: Temporary Ongoing

Start Date: Immediate

Chefs Bay is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy catering operation in Leven.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef seeking regular daytime hours, a positive working environment, and ongoing work with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
  • Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at Commis or Demi Chef level
  • Food Hygiene & allergens Certificates Essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work
