Job Description

The Murrayfield Hotel, part of the Scotsman Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help maintain kitchen standards, supervise junior staff, and contribute to menu development.

We value passion for food, teamwork, and a desire to learn, with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, ensuring safety and high-quality presentation across service periods.
