The Job Chef de Partie

The main responsibilities of the Chef de Partie is to ensure you deliver the very best of both service and product. Your duties will be varied and will involve every aspect of the kitchen and as a Chef de Partie, you will be able to work on your own unsupervised and when needed, run a section and supervise junior team members.

The Person Chef de Partie

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional environment. You will have excellent organisational skills, be able to demonstrate an understanding of food and current trends, have the ability to work well under pressure, and be proactive. Past experience in high volume property would be highly desirable however not mandatory.

The Rewards Chef de Partie

A competitive salary is on offer for the Chef de Partie role from £26,884 to £28,684 depending on experience along with excellent company benefits.
