Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will thrive on teamwork, uphold health and safety standards, and develop your culinary skills across the group’s venues.

You will collaborate with senior chefs, train junior staff, and contribute to menu development while maintaining consistency and presentation. A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
